What is Integrated Kundalini Activation?
Kundalini energy transmissions are a powerful form of energy work. They prepare the body for the rising of Kundalini and support those who already live with this energy activated.
Integrated Kundalini Activation (IKA) opens the energy channels in a safe way, giving you access to your full life-force energy – your unmanifested Divine essence – and awakening you to your multidimensional existence. As your frequency rises and you heal yourself, first and foremost, your spiritual gifts begin to come online.
Awakening Kundalini gives you access to the vastness of your consciousness: a non-dual state in which mind, body and soul unite. Once activated, Kundalini naturally dissolves layers of emotional, spiritual and physical misalignment, so that, over time, we can expand fully and live connected to Source – to our truth.
As an IKA facilitator, you will learn how to awaken this energy in others (known in Sanskrit as shaktipat) and guide people through deep, life-changing transformations that empower them to live in an expanded way.

This training is, above all, about you
It is about your own spiritual growth and a deeper embodiment of this energy. You will go deep into your own process of surrender while your system is prepared and trained to become a strong, clear conduit for divine life-force energy.
You will be guided through a profound – and at times challenging – process of healing and transformation. Immense shifts in consciousness and self-realisation take place as layers of conditioned limitation are peeled away, deeply changing your life and how you perceive it.
Throughout, you are held and guided from the heart, and given everything you need to facilitate group and private sessions while continuing to deepen your own evolution.

Rising consciousness
Being an IKA facilitator benefits both you and the people you work with. You will transform old trauma and latent energy in your own system and in others’, making space for consciousness to rise – eventually opening into non-dual states of consciousness, or the realisation of Truth.

Kundalini awakening is not a process that can be rushed, forced or controlled simply because we want to work with this energy. This is not a modern-day Reiki certification or a “cool” tool to add to your toolbox.
This work is sacred and cannot be separated from your own awakening. It must be handled with the utmost care and integrity.
Application & investment
Before you apply, I want to emphasise how important it is to embody this energy in your own system. Without truly embodying and cultivating it within yourself, it is not possible to be a clear vessel for others.
This training is not for everyone. There are prerequisites and a selection process. Please read the application form carefully to understand what is required to be accepted.

When and where is the next training?
29 November – 4 December 2026, in Ubud, Bali. The in-person part is six days, followed by four months of online follow-up.
What does the training cost?
€3,500, paid upfront to secure your spot. This includes the 6-day in-person training with lunch, and 4 months of online training with Zoom calls, transmissions and mentorship.
Is a payment plan possible?
Yes. If you can't pay the full amount at once but truly feel the call, we can look into a payment plan so you can still join.
Is accommodation included?
No. The Bali training is non-residential. Ubud has a wide range of beautiful places to stay, so you can choose what suits you.
Can anyone join?
No. This training is not for everyone. There are prerequisites and a selection process, and your own embodiment of this energy matters most. The application form explains what is required.

Some people can hold it after one session, for others it takes a year or longer.
What is shaktipat?
Shaktipat is the Sanskrit name for awakening Kundalini energy in another person. As an IKA facilitator, this is what you learn to do.
How big is the group?
The training is deliberately held in a small group, so every participant receives a lot of personal attention and guidance throughout their process.
What happens after the six days?
Four months of online sessions with ongoing transmissions and supervision. After that, you can choose to join the Mystery School for facilitators to keep going deeper.
